WARREN — Some 38 people were indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday. Twenty-two of the cases involved drugs.

Arraignments of the following cases are to be scheduled within the next two weeks in the courtroom of the assigned common pleas judge during the respective criminal day:

— David G. Blosser III, 60, 3069 Durst Clagg Road NE, Bazetta, falsification;

— Chrishelle Gruber, 27, 3446 Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, illegal use of supplemental nutrition of WIC program benefits and telecommunications fraud;

— Ramona Jackson, 37, 1612 Jackson St. SW, Warren, illegal use of supplemental nutrition of WIC program benefits;

— Ashley Koren, 37, 10013 Hoagland Blackstub Road, Orwell, illegal use of supplemental nutrition of WIC program benefits and telecommunications fraud;

— Brianna S. Winkler, 29, 1000 Doris Drive, Hubbard, passing bad checks;

— Ryan R. Repko, 33, 5854 Youngstown Kingsville Road, Fowler, superseding indictment for illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items onto grounds of governmental facility, theft, petty theft, two counts tampering with evidence, two counts possession of drugs and falsification;

— Corey L. Davis, 44, 1409 Front St. SW, Warren, receiving stolen property;

— Bobby Covington, 34, 300 Roberts Ave., Apt. C4, Warren, assault on police officer, possession of cocaine and resisting arrest;

— Jonathan M. Perez, 19, 710 E. Florida Ave., Youngstown, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

— Joshua A. Davis, 25, in care of Trumbull County jail, robbery;

— Joshua M. Wix, 33, 243 Flora Road, Leavittsburg, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

— Jason S. Ost, 31, 1309 Mulberry St., Masury, theft from a person in a protected class and criminal trespass;

— Marcus J. Bradshaw Sr., 35, 3584-A North Park Ave. Extension, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

— Nina M. Sapp, 48, 193 Albert St. NE, Warren, possession of cocaine;

— Matthew T. Rudolph, 18, 957 Adelaide Ave. SE, Warren, receiving stolen property, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons and possession of LSD;

— Daniel S. Pigg, 38, 687 Russell St., Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs;

— Kody A. McClung, 22, 1088 Conneaut Lake Road, Greenville, Pa., possession of cocaine;

— Brian A. Guy, 40, 126 W. Second St., Apt. 4, Girard, having weapons under restrictions, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons;

— Justin T. Hall, 20, 1626 Midland Ave., Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons and tampering with evidence;

— Calvin B. Brown, 42, 612 W. Scott St., Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;

— Jonathan M. Trepp, 38, of Parma, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

— Russell T. Kost, 38, 8922 Stoddard Hayes Road, Kinsman, possession of cocaine, two counts aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

— Kevin L. Fey, 43, 3150 Weilacher Road SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence;

— Quentin N. Reese, 49, 305 Kenmore Ave. NE, Warren, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine;

— Richard W. McAllise, 49, 142 Maryland St., Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

— Richard K. Racz, 56, 1502 Difford Drive, Niles, possession of cocaine;

— Joshua T. Leach, 37, 1120 Henn Hyde Road NE, Howland, possession of cocaine;

— Dustin Letourneau, 37, 966 Riverview St., Warren, illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items onto grounds of governmental facility and aggravated possession of drugs;

— Derrick J. Poling, 39, 6352 state Route 303, Ravenna, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine; second case of possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine;

— Nathaniel B. Knepper, 26, 2310 Oak St. SW, improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

— Alexander J. Rodd, 28, 5777 Yorktown Lane, Youngstown, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs; possession of cocaine and possession of drugs;

— Gary M. Cowell, 47, 2806 Humphrey Ave., Ashtabula, aggravated possession of drugs.

The following cases were remanded to a lower court:

— Eric S. Copeland, 42, 2470 Griffith Drive, Mecca, assault;

— Robert Blockinger Jr., 41, 135 Ruth Ave., Cortland, assault;

— Katrina D. Harris, 37, 526 Depot St. Niles, resisting arrest and obstructing official business;

— Thomas Lytle, 50, 2303 Reeves Road NE, Warren, domestic violence;

— William Greene IV, 31, 470 Douglas St. NW, Apt. B2, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

The following cases were no billed or no indictments were handed up:

— Christopher M. Knoske, 47, 395 Cleveland St. SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

— Dainon R. Armstrong, 27, of Waterbury, Conn., forgery, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools;

— Jody Hall, 18, 1907 Sweetbrier SW., Warren, having weapons under restrictions;

— Samuel L. Marshall, 35, 613 Ridge Road, Newton Falls, having weapons under restrictions, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business and open container;

— Scott C. Crislip, 36, 1227 North Road, Apt. 158, Niles, having weapons under restrictions;

— Larry T. Burgess Jr., 32, 740 Palmer Ave., Youngstown, four counts, fourth-degree trafficking in drugs; one count fifth-degree trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools;

— Davis, receiving stolen property;
