Ingredients required- 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of any plant-based milk, 2 tablespoon hemp Hearts, a handful of spinach and 1/2 kiwi.
- In a blender, add the milk, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup blueberries, cut spinach leaves and 1/2 kiwi.
- Blend for a minute and check the consistency. Continue blending until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Garnish with leftover sliced banana, blueberries and garnish with 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
