One of America’s most popular fast-food chains is offering its signature treat for free. Wendy’s popular “Frosty Key Tag” promo is coming back, starting Nov. 23 and running through Jan. 31, 2021.

Here’s how it works: Purchase a key tag for just $2 at a Wendy’s store, on Wendy’s website, or in the fast-food chain’s app. With that key tag, you can get a free Jr. Frosty for  free with any purchase. There’s also no limit on how many times you can use the key tag for the rest of the year. (Related: 100 Unhealthiest Foods on the Planet.)

Of course, you shouldn’t necessarily use it every single time you head to Wendy’s. While a Jr. Frosty at Wendy’s isn’t a horribly unhealthy option for a sweet treat (it’s small, and has about 200 calories and 5 grams of fat), know that it does come with roughly 33 grams of carbohydrates and plenty of sugar. But, if you view this as a true treat that you’re only having once in awhile (following a healthy meal), it’s not too bad.

Also, the free Frosty is made even sweeter knowing that this promotion also benefits the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. The purchase of a Frosty Key Tag sends money right to the foundation, which works to help foster children find their forever homes. Your $2 for the key tag goes a long way in helping those in need. The Frosty Key Tag launch coincides with National Adoption Month, and to double down on their efforts to raise money for children in need, Wendy’s is also offering a promotion for a free beverage when you place an order through the app through Nov. 29. With each redemption, Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper will donate $5 to the foundation.
